IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:  If the shipping option that you chose during check out is not the correct option based on size/weight of items, we reserve the right to change shipping and either credit/charge you the difference.  If this happens, you will receive notification by email.

While striving to provide Top Customer Satisfaction like we have for the past 11 years, we still need to make some basic rules regarding business.

Locally, your purchases are available to return due to manufacturer defects and also unopened packages with a valid sales receipt. 

Online sales are by nature a different arena, we will not be able to accept returns of items purchased and sold via the internet.  In the event that you receive a defected item, please contact us toll-free at 1-800-716-4470 to discuss this matter with one of our customer service representatives and we will try to come to an agreeable arrangement.  **IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE, WE NEED DOCUMENTATION FROM THEM UPON DELIVERY. ** We ship with tracking and delivery confirmation, so this needs to be addressed immediately with us and them (postal service.)
